- Garbage is collected every other week on your regular collection day; it must be at the curb by 7 a.m.
- Four-bag limit per household. Each additional bag needs a pre-purchased Town of Whitby bag tag fixed to its neck.
- Bags only, no cans — standard 26 in × 36 in bags, 20 kg (44 lb) maximum; oversized bags are not collected.
