Material weight
Most household junk is priced purely on volume. Dense materials like soil, brick, concrete and tile weigh far more per cubic yard, so they carry a small weight allowance that we confirm up front.
What doesn't change the price
Stairs, carrying distance, and heavy single items do not add surcharges — full-service loading is part of the rate. There are no fuel fees, disposal-fee add-ons, or hidden extras.
