Source-separated commercial recycling for Durham Region businesses under Ontario Reg. 391/21. Cardboard, e-waste, mixed containers — scheduled pickup with compliance docs. Call (905) 999-4426.
Why Durham Region Businesses Need Their Own Recycling Program
Ontario's Blue Box regulation (O. Reg. 391/21) moved residential recycling to producers, and businesses are not eligible sources: Durham Region ended Blue Box pickup for small businesses on December 31, 2025. The rules that do apply to businesses are O. Reg. 103/94 (source separation) and O. Reg. 102/94 (waste audits). We provide scheduled, source-separated pickup with the documentation to show compliance.
