Appliance Removal Cost

Appliance removal is one of the simplest jobs to price because appliances are predictable in size. A single fridge, freezer, washer, dryer, stove or dishwasher is usually right at our $55 minimum charge. Removing several appliances at once is priced by the total volume at $35 per cubic yard — so a full kitchen's worth of old appliances still costs far less than most people expect. The price includes disconnection of standard hookups, all the carrying (stairs included), and legally-compliant disposal such as refrigerant recovery on fridges, freezers and air conditioners.

What Drives the Price

How many appliances

One appliance is typically the $55 minimum. Each additional unit adds volume at $35 per cubic yard, which is why bundling the old fridge, stove and dishwasher into one pickup is the cheapest way to clear a kitchen.

Refrigerant units

Fridges, freezers, air conditioners and dehumidifiers must have refrigerant recovered by law before recycling. We route them to licensed facilities — this is built into our service rather than billed as a surprise fee.

Access and hookups

Standard unplug-and-carry removals are straightforward. Gas stove disconnections need a licensed technician first, and tight basement or upper-floor carries just need a heads-up so we bring the right crew — neither changes the volume-based price structure.

Appliance Removal Cost — FAQs

How much does it cost to remove a refrigerator?

A single fridge pickup is usually our $55 minimum charge, including the carry-out and legally-required refrigerant recovery. Text a picture to (905) 999-4426 and we'll confirm the exact price for your pickup.

Is it cheaper to remove several appliances at once?

Yes. Multiple appliances are priced by total volume at $35 per cubic yard, so one trip with three appliances costs much less than three separate minimum-charge pickups.

Are there extra fees for refrigerant or disposal?

No. Refrigerant recovery and responsible recycling are part of the service — there are no environmental-fee add-ons or disposal surcharges on top of the quoted price.
